The Dil Se PepsiCo Wellness Carnival, a successful HR initiative, united teams from our plants in Channo, Kosi, Kolkata, and Pune in a fun, seamless way.
This initiative was all about putting YOU at the heart—prioritizing people and ensuring they feel valued and supported.
The reveal of the much-loved Dil Se PepsiCo mascot was definitely a highlight, bringing everyone together and boosting pride among all the attendees.

The "Cycle Ka Karwaan" was a fun way to kick off the wellness carnival at the plants!

Our leaders, Mr. Jagrut Kotecha (CEO), Pavitra Singh (India Region CHRO), and the plant heads, took the lead, riding bikes with different messages and flags showcasing our HR initiatives.
We set up a German hanger at the plants for the PepsiCo town halls, where employees got to engage with leadership.
